A recognized leader in commercial building projects, we provide
services for new construction, renovation and retrofit projects
throughout Florida. R.C. Stevens also routinely provides cost-effective
design/build services for our clients. R.C. Stevens is qualified
to construct virtually any type of project, and possesses
all of the necessary resources, equipment and manpower to
meet each client’s specific project needs.
Building commercial projects in Florida since 1926, R.C. Stevens’
first commercial design/build projects in 1936 included an
office building for the Orlando Utilities Commission, a warehouse
for Hughes Electrical Co., and an alteration for The Sentinel
Star. R.C. Stevens also designed and built the Administration
Building for Orlando Municipal Airport in 1941, and designed
and built the Sears & Roebuck store in downtown Orlando
in 1948.
