	24 years of General Contracting, Construction Management and Design/Build experience as Principal & Vice President.
	President since 2007, Vice President from 1990 to 2007, Tim is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all project management staff, internal reporting systems, and activities relating to bidding, construction, contract negotiations, change orders, contract interpretation, multiple contract coordination, shop drawings/submittal processing, and as-built documentation.
	Previous positions include Head of Field Operations, Senior Project Manager and Estimator.
	Past President for The Associated Builders and Contractors.

	Serves as Head of Field Operations -- including executive management functions, bidding, scheduling, construction, contract negotiations, field production and quality control.

	President from 1993 to 2007, Dave is responsible for operations including administrative policies, special projects, business development, executive management functions, contract negotiations, field production and quality control.
	Previous positions include chief executive and operating officer, senior project executive, senior project manager and estimator.
	Project experience includes hundreds of construction projects, with emphasis on Design/Build projects; such as office buildings, banks, churches and other general building projects; AHCA-inspected healthcare, medical office buildings and related institutional facilities; and process/industrial including food and citrus processing and cold storage.
