DESIGN/BUILD

Design/Build is a logical continuation of a client’s program planning process and provides single-source accountability. An architect and builder by trade, our founder Ray Stevens offered “design/build” services many decades before it became recognized as a preferred project delivery method. Clients come to R.C. Stevens because our Right Track™ process provides a high level of Quality Control for their project, ensuring that their expectations will be met. Cost Control during design is monitored using milestone estimates at the completion of each design phase. In addition,
R. C. Stevens gauges and reports any budget deviations based on Client-driven design decisions. Using our Direct Purchasing Program, the client has the ability, when applicable, to purchase material and equipment to expedite delivery or achieve sales tax savings. These components lend great stability to the process so there are no surprises for our Client once permitting is completed and construction begins. An added advantage of Design/Build is the ability of the team to fast-track the entire design and construction process with a single point of responsibility.
